What we collect
One thing: the email address you type into the distribution list on imitation.tech. Alongside it we keep the time you sent it, a one-way hash of your network address (used only to limit repeated attempts), and your browser's user-agent string.
Why
To send you one message when Imitation.Tech launches. Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing, no sharing, no profiling.
Where it is kept
In a database we control on Cloudflare (D1). Cloudflare acts as our processor and its infrastructure is located outside Türkiye; the spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile. No mailing-list service receives your address.
How long
Until the launch message has been sent, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for correction or deletion, or object, at any time by writing to hello@imitation.tech. We answer within thirty days.

İşlenen veriler: imitation.tech sayfasındaki dağıtım listesine yazdığınız e-posta adresi; gönderim zamanı; yalnızca tekrarlanan denemeleri sınırlamak için kullanılan, geri döndürülemez şekilde özetlenmiş ağ adresiniz; tarayıcı tanımlayıcı bilginiz.
İşleme amacı ve hukuki sebebi: Imitation.Tech yayına girdiğinde size tek bir bilgilendirme mesajı göndermek. Başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz; bülten, pazarlama, paylaşım veya profilleme yapılmaz. Hukuki sebep, 6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 5. maddesi kapsamında açık rızanız veya veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatidir.
Aktarım: Veriler, veri işleyen sıfatıyla Cloudflare'in (D1 veritabanı ve Turnstile doğrulaması) Türkiye dışındaki altyapısında saklanır. Herhangi bir e-posta listesi hizmetine aktarılmaz.
Saklama süresi: Yayına giriş mesajı gönderilene veya silinmesini talep edene kadar; hangisi önce gerçekleşirse.
Haklarınız: KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve itiraz etme haklarınızı hello@imitation.tech adresine yazarak kullanabilirsiniz. Başvurular en geç otuz gün içinde yanıtlanır.
